Review on 🔧 KYB 343379 Excel-G Gas Shock: High-Quality Black and Silver Suspension Upgrade by Chase Cooper

Purchased for a 2001 Qx4 with rear shocks. I wanted to upgrade my suspension to make it a little stiffer. When inspecting these shocks, I noticed that it is relatively easy to compress these shocks. I interpreted this as gently cushioning those shocks. However, after replacing those shocks with KYB Gas-A-Just monotube shocks, I think they would suffice as I also upgraded my coil springs to make them stiffer. All these shocks could actually do was keep my truck from bouncing and I think these shocks would do a great job. When riding with equivalent dampers, the Gas-A feels a little too stiff, but bearable. I can't say for sure if those GR-2 shocks would have made for a slightly softer ride, but I have no doubt they would work great with my new stiffer springs. As advertised by KYB, I agree these are good OEM replacement parts for Nissan/Infiniti factory shocks.
