Was nervous about buying this based on the mixed reviews. I bought 15cuft waterproof media. I have neither side walls nor trunk on my car. I have a 2014 Durango and it worked great! We drove for several hours in pouring rain and everything stayed dry. We had a small leak in grooming, but a piece of paper towel took care of it. In it we put folding chairs, sports bags, a cool box with water crates (no ice) and something else. I let my friend use it for the trip too, they got hit by the rain too but everyone stayed dry and they were in a minivan. No tears or breaks. We drove on the interstate and didn't change our usual driving style. I didn't buy a rug to put under, I just used an old beach towel and it was fine, no damage to the paintwork. I recommend this product. These are high quality and durable materials.
