I like that we have been able to automate our payroll process since it has eliminated errors in processing paychecks for employees who are not present at work or no longer with us by using an online portal through their phone app which is very easy! It's difficult when you don't know how something works but they were so helpful whenever any questions came up during setup of my account!! We used this as well as other services from them before moving over completely into another service provider (which was great!) however there still seems to be some confusion about what needs done via email vs whats needed within software/platform itself once set-up correctly - sometimes its hard just getting answers back after requesting help multiple times without response even though support staff says everything should look fine etc.. Also had issues trying to get Payroll Service Center data pulled directly instead of having.
