Way.way.way.too small for someone even close to 16 years old. It's too short and too tight for this age group. I would say it would fit a typical 12 year old boy or 14 year old girl at best. Aside from that, the graphics are colorful and eye-catching and will hold up in the wash due to the blended fabric. The shirt feels smooth and light and is very comfortable. The pattern on the back is the same as on the front. So the back of the shark is not visible. And that's a missed opportunity. Restrict the fit to someone without large muscular biceps. Aside from the stupid sizing issue, happy with the shirt. The cut could have been better in the hand.
