Finally a Very Twirly dress
Love that it's made in the USA, 100% cotton and it's a VERY hot pink dress. My kid loved it as a birthday gift. It rolls up to her rear so make sure you wear leggings or shorts underneath. I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely recommend.
