I first bought a 180w 3 socket cigarette lighter adapter to plug in a small heater in my car but still be able to plug in the GPS! The heater was a waste of money! But the adapter socket more than made up for the poor choice of heater! I attached the adapter to the bottom of the ashtray with velcro for security and easy access, and the velcro allows it to be removed if I need to empty the ashtray. Ashtray or when I need to move it for practical reasons. The 180w 3 socket cigarette lighter adapter works great! I love all the extra features it has! For example separate on/off switches for each socket and the extra USB socket is such a bonus that I no longer have to use special socket adapters to charge my phone! It's great not having to unplug, plug in or choose which accessories to donate due to lack of outlets! And that it shows my battery level so I can see at a glance if my battery is at risk. empty or overload! Oh, and it actually came a day earlier than expected! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with similar needs and concerns as me!
