So disappointed. The transmitter appears to be broken right out of the box. It's my first time working with an auto electrician. I started soldering the connections so that one day corrosion wouldn't affect the wiring in the back of the car. The transmitter sends a black screen to the monitor. even sit next to each other. I've tried searching online, the manufacturer's website, YouTube, etc. for troubleshooting tips. No luck and the manufacturer didn't respond to my email request for warranty support. So far it's a waste of time and money. The only thing Pyle will redeem is if they reply before I return the item to Revane. I will update this review once this mess is resolved. Three days after registering the product and requesting it through the Pyle Support website, I received an email regarding my case. In the rush and hassle of getting support for this product, I forgot to include the part number of the product I purchased in the email. So the email was a request for a part number. I emailed back the same day with the requested information. Here we are 5 days later and I haven't heard a peep from them. I just got it back from Amazon. I will buy a backup camera from someone else.
