Broke after a week without support
Broke after a week without support. I called support and was told a technician would call me. It was two weeks ago. I live offline so I can't wait two weeks. I ordered a Victron as a replacement which despite costing 4x the price has worked flawlessly since I received it. I wanted to save so much money with this unit but once you test it at high power (within its rating) it will fail and the support team won't call you back. Of course, it broke just a few days after the return window closed, so I'm stuck with a brick now.
