Shine like old 100w incandescent bulbs

Why do some people think they have the right to force me to buy those expensive 100w incandescent bulbs? can spend 6 times what an old $100 watt store saves no money. It's my money to spend however I want. These 100 watt lightbulbs light up my closet, basement and garage so I can see again.
