Pro: The bottle itself is well insulated and does a good job of keeping liquids cold/hot for hours at a time. The powdercoat finish is high quality and doesn't chip easily.The first time I dropped the bottle it was about 1/3 full and it broke the strap that holds the lid to the neck of the bottle. I have nalgene bottles which I have been using for several years and the lids have survived multiple drops without breaking/tearing the strap, so I am disappointed that it happened immediately with the Winterial bottle.Since the box comes with a card that says to register for the product warranty but doesn't provide much additional information, I emailed customer support to find out if it was covered by the warranty. They never actually answered my question and suggested that I buy a whole new lid. I responded explicitly asking if the lid was covered by the warranty and they never responded. I understand that it's ultimately my fault for breaking the lid but it's still frustrating that the company wouldn't give me an answer about whether or not it was actually covered.
