This is a good touchscreen if you don't need a stylus. The price is good and the installation was quite easy. Definitely worth the extra money to get a touchscreen with a bezel attached. There are videos on YouTube showing you how to complete the installation. I knew it wasn't a Dell brand, but I didn't know the difference. It was looking to replace the Inspiron 7348 and I assumed the touchscreen would do everything my original touchscreen did. It is not. I'm not tech savvy enough to know all the different touchscreen technologies. However, my Dell Inspiron 7348 comes with a passive stylus that works with the original screen. After I installed this touchscreen, everything worked fine except for the stylus. I asked the seller about this and he confirmed that the stylus does not work with this touchscreen (see FAQ). The seller should have included this information in the description. If I had known that, I would have searched a little more intensively for a Dell touchscreen before buying it. However, what I understood with hindsight is that the Dell brand is a lot more expensive so I would still go with it knowing I wouldn't be able to use the stylus anymore. Hence my reason for only four stars. If you don't need a stylus, I highly recommend this touchscreen.
