I've been using 3 monitors for a few years and it's time to upgrade my desk and monitors. I didn't want two displayports connected to my dock and one connected to VGA. So I decided to give it a try and connect 2 monitors to an MST hub via 1 displayport. Whatever I tried (switching from auto to DP connection on monitors) and calling StarTech support. Nothing worked. Although they confirmed that my docking station, graphics card, and laptop would support my configuration, we were unable to get them to work. I declined and just asked for a refund instead. I care about a VGA monitor and just forget about the headache that thing causes.
