I used Cat 6 24 AWG shielded multi-wire cable connectors. It took a few tries to master the pass, but once I did it was pretty easy to repeat. I used a Klein Tools data cable tester after making each cable. The tester did not certify the cables as "shielded". I found out by accident that it was because I had cut the guy wires too short. It had to be bent back and long enough to touch the metal shield on the inside of the connector. I made the changes and they showed up as escaped on the tester every time. I've seen people use copper tape but they didn't need it. Several months have passed. All cables work well and you couldn't beat the price for the quantity. It's a small thing, but I also like the small container they came in.
