The steamer itself is a great product to start with, the dual tier has taken the user experience to the next level. For lunch and dinner, we use one layer for the main dish (steamed seafood, etc.) and another layer for baby food or other foods we don't want to mix with seafood. I make another sauce that I put on top of the seafood (Thai style lemon and garlic in the picture). The extra tier has doubled the capacity of the steamer, saving you 50% cooking time. If you like a steamer, I highly recommend adding this accessory!
