The earpiece has little flexibility; I can't fully rotate it anyway so it doesn't fit properly in my ear no matter which one I wear it in. So I literally have to put it in my ear every time. And since it doesn't fit in my ear, it keeps popping out and I keep putting it in my ear. Also, I think only one volume is projected through the speaker. No matter how low I turn the volume down on the walkie-talkie itself, the incoming audio is always very loud. I only bought these headphones because they were the cheapest option, but I regret it. Please save your money and buy more than $20 worth of other options. It wasn't worth it.
