I bought your dispenser and lost the gasket (perhaps accidentally thrown it in the bin) when I ordered a new replacement, the gasket didn't fit properly. It screws in quite normally at first, but not fully, which is why the charger doesn't drain into the dispenser. I'm sending it back for exchange, maybe it's defective. I hope the replacement works and I can update my review. Edit 1: I got a replacement but it still doesn't fit, I have an Otis dispenser and it won't screw on at all. My entire dispenser is now worthless and I need to buy another one, I'm changing to another brand.
