This item is not sold in any of the major local stores. I think because it works sooooo well and it's so cheap! We have a fountain that leaves a horrible yellow stain on anything the water touches. I pour this product into a pressure washer, spray after it's completely wet, go around the house checking areas including sidewalks and if there are any stains left by then I just spray again! PASSED! Be careful not to step on your plants, it can burn them, but it's easy to just cover them up or be careful when spraying. I just bought 3 more gallons to have on hand and gave one to a neighbor for his yellow siding. Good product! You must buy it!
