My wife has recently become a bread baking fanatic and is always looking for new tools and methods to improve her product. I stumbled across these pans and immediately bought a pair. I'll go straight to P and C here: ADVANTAGES: 1. They are solid and very well built. They are a bit heavier than you would expect looking at them.2. While I understand how pans can flex, I can already see that they are likely to flex minimally during baking.3. The non-stick coating has a rough inner surface. As a baker, I know how important this is as it allows the jar to secure the purchase of dough.4. Cleaning - as with any good pan, be sure to HAND WASH ONLY, they tell you to in the instructions.5. Based on design and weight, they distribute heat evenly, which is crucial for a good end product. CONS: I only have one and I don't know what the downside is really, but other than post-bake storage, I didn't quite get what to do with the lid. I would like something to be mentioned in the pan information. Overall this is a great product. I'll be providing an update in a few months so y'all know how they're holding up and let you know the results.
