I've done a lot of research on the benefits of jumping for the body. This is definitely a workout worth paying attention to. Fun and low impact. Good for the lymphatic system. Unfortunately, I wish I had done more research on the best types of matchers. This guy is naturally noisy because of the feathers. And after using this particular model a few times, the stitching on some of the springs started to unravel. One of the feathers broke off the mat. That was a shame as it otherwise seemed to be a solid device.
