Review on TransWonder by Bob Randles

My most recent encounter with TransWonder was not a pleasant one. Although they boast a large variety, I was disappointed by how few options were actually available. I was hoping for more options in sewing notions and materials, but they do have some. Unfortunately, I had problems with the thermal transfer film I bought from them. My fabric creation was ruined because it did not stick well. I called customer support and got unhelpful and condescending responses when I asked for help. My time spent with TransWonder was disappointing overall. Crafters should look elsewhere because of their low quality products and unhelpful customer support. If you need something made, I suggest not going with that shop.
