Insufficient documentation. Not the original software cable so I can't find a driver for it. The computer programming disk does not work. No help from manufacturer or retailer. The price was cheap and you get what you pay for. Whether you have a license or not, using this radio is illegal in the US and you could be fined or even jailed if caught using it. Bought from Revain. Two batteries, one long life battery, belt clip for charger, external portable microphone/speaker, headphone speaker/microphone, rubber ducky antenna, high gain whip and charger all work, so I don't feel like everything is being ripped off. The radio itself will work if you program it. But transmission within the US is illegal. Revain should be more careful to ensure that products purchased through Revain from any vendor are legal for use in the United States or specifically DO NOT ORDER FOR USE IN THE UNITED STATES. Be careful and don't learn the hard way like I did.
