📻 BaoFeng UV-5R High Power Two Way Radio with Extra Battery, Speaker, Antenna, USB Program Cable, and Earpiece for Portable Ham Communication Review

This one came with a verified fake Nagoya antenna and what appeared to be a fake short antenna, an extended battery which made me question the authenticity of all the components included, especially since all of them it came in an open box.

I bought this Boafeng radio for daily use, so if something happens I don't have much money. I was surprised when it outperformed my Yaesu vx-6. I can place both radios side by side and Boafeng picks up the repeater 30 miles away while Yaesu sits quietly.

What a great radio. Amazing sound clarity. Long battery life, easy programming of different frequencies. Don't worry I will definitely do more business with this company. I received it about a week and a half earlier than expected. Well done.

The extended antenna is poorly made. The boot came promptly and was disconnected upon arrival. The radio works with a standard antenna and has decent sound quality. The AC charging adapter is bad right out of the box. It's well below average, but I wasn't expecting much. Overall the whole package isn't exactly terrible and you get what you pay for.
