As a person who takes great pleasure in the latest fashions, I was eager to check out REEMONDE. The craftsmanship of their wares was shoddy, and the measuring was off. I felt like I had squandered my money and was very dissatisfied with what I had bought. Worse yet, they provided zero assistance to customers. I tried to get in touch with them several times to ask for a refund, but my inquiries were never responded to. Clearly, REEMONDE does not care about their clients' satisfaction. Furthermore, their website is disorganized and difficult to use, making it difficult to locate specific information. They are clearly more concerned with earning a profit than with giving customers a good experience. Last but not least, REEMONDE is a store I would not recommend to anyone. You'd be better off doing business elsewhere, where you know you can have faith in the quality of both the goods and the care you receive. Don't waste time and money like I did; learn from my error.
