So I ordered both 460 and 463 in fluorescent colors and I experienced the same thing with the Extra Fine set as well. During the first use of each of them they all stopped working for me too but… well because I liked the performance of the extra thin dots on the paper before they stopped flowing I tried to order another box because I thought that maybe I got a bad set but they also made the exact same thing so I kept playing around with these markers until I learned them and believe it or not I didn't have it only managed to figure out how to get them flowing again but I've gotten to the point where I can tell myself when they're going to poop on me again and undo it before it happens. It took me a long time to become familiar with these markers but thanks to the nib and color choices they offer I'm very glad I did and I now use them as markers on most of my projects! I say give them a chance and take the time to understand them, it will definitely be worth the effort I promise.
