I like that they are very easy to work with when it comes time for an audit periodical statement or end-of year closing process. They have always been helpful in providing answers to questions we had regarding their products so far! Nothing at this point! We love using them because there is no stress involved during tax season since our taxes are done automatically by TaxAct! I like that it can be used to help with financial statements for different kinds of businesses such as restaurants or gyms etc. It's very helpful when you have too many accounts in one place so this is much easier than having them each seperate from your computer. Easy accessability if needed by customers who don't know their numbers backwards & forwards yet still need an accountant type service!
