Review on 🔗 Optimized Marineland Vinyl Tubing for C-160 and C-220 Canister Filters by Robert Patton

I tried the hoses from the hardware store and found them to be very stiff and not flexible at all. This hose is very good - stiff enough to avoid kinks, yet flexible enough that I can connect it to a canister filter and an inlet/outlet in a tank. I can confirm that this is the correct size for a direct swap (5/8 ID) of the FLUVAL 107 and 207 canister filters. These two models have the same connections. If you need to replace the plastic tubing that came with the FLUVAL 107/207, you can use this tubing. Some confusion arises because the FLUVAL plastic hose is a different diameter than most other hoses - DON'T GET CONFUSED - what matters is the END of the FLUVAL hose - the gray rubber pieces at each end. It's a standard 5/8 ID size so this Marineland hose works great - it connects perfectly to the filter outlets and the plastic clamps can be tightened on it just like the original FLUVAL hose.
