All plates fit together. It was easy to exchange all the plates with others. I found it easy to delete them all. It's easy to make small waffles and sandwiches with it. I've also used it to grill steaks and so far everything comes out right. I like that the panels line up easily and nothing spills out the sides without making a mess. I like that everything is smooth. I haven't noticed the coating peeling off the panels so that's always a plus. I found it to have quite a bit of weight so it stays on the countertop. I highly recommend.
