I bought this over the holidays hoping to get a great product based on the reviews. However, when I received it I was very disappointed with the overall quality given the price. For €150 you would expect a quality product. Here's what you get - 1) very cheap shipping packaging, 2) virtually no instructions, 3) the teppanyaki grill and shabu pot are made of very flimsy metal, 4) the smell of burnt rubber - when I got this to test plugged in for the first time, it started smoke straight from the power supply to the device. I was very worried but watched it for a few minutes. It continued to smoke and smelled of burnt rubber. I unplugged it - removed the tappanyaki lid (like cleaning it) and didn't see any sign of burning or melting. 5) tries to boil water - it can't fully boil. Hardly brings to a very low boil. If you pour too much water into it, it will not boil easily. IMHO, stay away from this product. It's terrible. The burnt rubber smell hasn't gone away. I'll send this back as soon as possible.
