Replaced with ProWatt 1750

I was upset with the ProWatt1750 fan running at 75ยฐF so I decided to replace/add a solar panel in my garage. I also chose the Xantrex XPower3000 because I was told it might be hardwired into normal house wiring, which is tied to neutral/ground on my small panel. In addition, it is less stressed when idling and better withstands the stresses of my power tools. I actually had to separate neutral/ground in the switch box because it says this is done internally and is not intended to be connected to a plate with a common neutral/ground bus. I was hoping that the ProWatt1750 remote would work with the same type of phone jack from the same company, but no, it doesn't work and I have to clean and descale a lot of holes in the attic to swap out the remotes. These are the only installation issues. I added the recommended 300 amp fuse. It hums a bit during operation, but the fan doesn't start up at lower temperatures. I'm in no hurry to install the remote control, since traction is weak when turned on. I'm sure it will work even better with my power tools as well as multiple charges. The price was over $60 cheaper than the same XPower3000 elsewhere. ProWatt 1750 is now my backup.
