I woke up 2 days ago with a severe sore throat. It wasn't much of a surprise as my entire family had become ill the week before. Luckily my order for this oregano oil came the day after I had my first cold symptoms. I felt terrible that night, so I decided to take this supplement topically (7 drops on the soles of my socks covered feet) and internally (4 drops per 6 ounces of liquid before bed). I won't lie; Things smell and taste terrible. To my surprise, I woke up the next morning feeling 50% better than the day before. This is unusual for me, as my colds usually last 10-14 days.
