This is maybe an 80mm Fan you shouldn't worry about it. I bought two of these and out of the box one rotated about twice as fast as the other, I didn't measure it but you could tell by looking at the labels. After installing and testing them, I connected the power supply when the blade of one jammed and it blew out in a second. It was my inattentiveness, not a problem with the fan. Then I bought a low noise (not silent) standard model to replace the fried one. It moves a little more air, is still barely noticeable and doesn't make any noise. So I'd suggest forgetting about the silent one that doesn't move air because the standard moves a bit of air and is pretty quiet anyway. My goal - blowing heat out of an AV console - does a good job with a used computer fan that does its job well but isn't quiet enough. I'll still look for a better solution.
