Great for Mini Cooper S F56

Bought this OBD 2 scanner to register my new mini battery. Worked great and was very easy to use. As a bonus, this scanner can diagnose and reset the mini bugs. The Mini dealership charged $550 to replace the battery. A new MTX H7/94R Interstate battery costs about $200, a scanner $90. Numerous YouTube videos on how to change the battery and how to register the battery with a scanner. Changing the battery took about 45 minutes. Battery registration took 5 minutes. Note. The replacement battery must have the same capacity as the original battery. My Mini came with an AGM 800 CCA and 80 Ah. The replacement battery was an AGM 850 CCA and 80 Ah.
