Fuel gauge stuck at zero - excellent customer service

Purchased January 2020. I use it in a separate CO2 tank which I use when cleaning my beer lines. When I'm done, I basically turn off the tank valve and release the pressure. The last few times I've charged the line, the tank feed sensor (0-3000 psi on the left side of the unit) has stuck at zero, and I've had to take a few hard hits with the screwdriver handle. to get him to read. When it shows everything is fine and if I release the pressure when I'm done it goes back to zero. The Revain ad says "Lifetime Warranty" so I contacted the seller to see if I could get a new sensor. I will not send it back for repair, a new gauge will cost less than shipping. Leaving it plugged in and charging when I first received it, I didn't notice any regulator shifting. For this reason I sent the controller back from another supplier. I will message again after the supplier responds. Update - February 16th, 2021 - Fastest customer service I've seen in a long time. They responded within 12 hours and asked for a photo of the device for their records. I uploaded the picture the next day and got another response within 12 hours. They are sending me a brand new regulator which is expected to arrive on February 20th. Excellent service. I will try to check their product listing first before buying anywhere else. Update - February 20th, 2021 - The sensor arrived on the 18th. Connected to my CO2 tank and left pressurized for 48 hours. No noticeable creep, very stable. I'll probably buy another sensor and keep my original regulator as a spare. They appear to be using Loctite or something similar as thread sealant. I had to put the device in a vise and use my 10" adjustable gauge to remove the old gauge. I am very satisfied, especially in this price range.
