Spotted Zebra has become my favorite brand of playwear for my kids. Everything I've tried has been well made, beyond cheap, and frankly cute. It seems that many decisions come in pairs; One piece is a little more understated or neutral, while the second is more elegant. These shorts are no exception. The blue pair is simple, with very light wear to the denim. The black pair has a worn look with a cute zip design on the left front. Everything about them is functional. The fabric is durable. They are easy to put on and take off as they are quite stretchy. They have working shoelaces to adjust the fit. And good news for my son, who constantly collects stones, pebbles, bottle caps, etc., any bag will work for him. There are no patch pockets. Another win for this brand.
