This just isn't working as it should. It flings out a LOT of sugar. I've followed the directions, I'm using the highest rated sugar floss on Ebay, but half the sugar gets flung into the base like in the photos, or up and out of the machine - my counters were covered in sugar stuck to the counters. we've tried pre-heating it less, pre-heating it more, using less sugar floss, using more. I have a friend with a similar "home-use" machine and I've borrowed it in the past for birthday parties and never experienced this before. I've even watched YouTube videos and read forums trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong and nothing changes the results. Reading others reviews, I don't see the same issue, so I'm not sure if maybe I just got a dud? It is very easy to clean, and is compact for storage, so yay for that at least.
