As the name suggests. The bag is very thin and not durable at all. The zipper broke after a few uses. Items packed inside tend to move around a lot. We use this bag to ship baked goods to factories in plastic clamshell containers. The products are very light. The bag doesn't cool them. We had to add ice packs and bubble wrap to keep the food cool during delivery and prevent it from moving around and ruining the baked goods. The bag is very thin. I don't know how well it works for keeping items hot as we haven't used it for that purpose. If it had been thicker, the sides wouldn't have caved in as easily. The zipper broke after a few uses. We're now looking for a replacement as it's practically useless for anything other than a grocery bag.
