This stuff definitely works! But be careful when using lactation products! Please investigate. It contains fenugreek, which can lower blood sugar levels, increase blood pressure, and even decrease milk production in some women. For others this is not a problem! I already have low blood sugar and high blood pressure and didn't realize how much tea was causing this until I stopped drinking it. At the same time, my milk yield increased significantly. Just research beforehand.
