Review on 📏 Lufkin L1135B Measuring Layout Tools by Jordan Weakland

This was my third Nite Eye Lufkin to break this year. Although the tape can stretch 10-14 feet without breaking, it is easily twisted. Once this happens, the entire integrity of the tape is broken. They also stop withdrawing on their own after a few weeks. My first two: A hook that's too big will snag on anything. That was to be expected and was one of the reasons I was drawn to this brand, but when I wasn't using it carefully it went overboard around the 10-in-1 foot mark. Then it was never lengthened, walked several meters without collapsing. My third: Someone stepped on it when I unfolded it so I could jot down my points. It left a crease of about 99 inches (that's my fault of course). I was more careful with it so I didn't do more damage, but over time as I pulled it in and out it ripped/ripped the tape right where the crease was. Now it's almost intact but drops to 99 immediately.”
