First let me explain why I set the image quality to 3/5. This is a TN panel monitor, so the viewing angles and colors are nowhere near as good as an IPS panel. Still, it was such a snazzy monitor. The DyAc+ technology really makes a big difference, although in some places it's hard for the human eye to see: this DyAc+ monitor outperforms the Asus ELMB in terms of performance. If you plan on using this monitor purely for gaming, I cannot recommend it highly enough. After all these years without it, it still easily ranks in the top 5 gaming monitors.
