Review on MOSTPLUS Ignition Distributor 1956 1990 Cylinder by John Holliday

This is a very simple bolt on application. You are going from an OEM ignition with an external module to an all-in-one system like Chevrolet. The permissible play (above and below) of the distributor shaft when lowered must be observed. I've done this hundreds of times so I know what to look for, but there's a small chance it will sit flush. Step of the block and will not fit properly in the oil pump and may make a clicking or rattling noise until it seats in the notch on top of the pump. Make sure there is oil pressure before locking and capping by cranking the engine with the key or remote start switch. If you feel pressure, block it and attach the lid.
