I made the adjustment, the thermoelement was already turned to the maximum (as if only hot water should come out of it). I even took it apart and looked - there are no obvious jambs, it's just, apparently, the part itself does not want to work. The pressure in the line is the same (there is a storage water heater), the temperature of hot water is about 70 degrees. At the entrance to the apartment there is a 5 micron flow filter (i. E. the conditions for the thermostat to work are ideal). I HIGHLY do not recommend buying thermostats from this manufacturer - spare parts are nowhere to be found. Neither on AliExpress, nor in branded service centers in the 2022. It seems that you will have to throw away all this stuff and invest in a normal thermostat from normal manufacturers, which, even in the event of a malfunction, will have something to repair .
