For people who leave 1 or 2 stars for this car, they are probably illiterate who cannot read instructions, generally pathetic people. This car is amazing and worth the dollar. It works exactly as advertised and makes a fantastic espresso. I can highly recommend the machine. I have dealt with the company's customer service with another coffee maker in the past and have enjoyed working with them. Also… this machine is covered by a 2 year warranty and they give you an extra year if you register the machine on their website. I took it a step further and bought an additional 4 year service warranty from Asurion for $90, so now I have a 7 year warranty...HOORAY!
