They're just awful. The hardware is obviously not well matched - I should have looked at other reviews that said this. The cheap rubber washers they supply do nothing but chew them up when you tighten the mirrors enough to stay in place and you have metal on metal and mirrors that wobble. And that's assuming you can decipher the awful half-page instructions enough to install them in the correct order along with the hardware. To make matters worse, with a mirror, when I put the last nut in, it snapped after half a turn and turned the whole bolt in so I had to really strain to loosen it. Save yourself the headache, this product is pure junk.
