Excellent Customer Service & Booking System
It’s very easy to set up and we are able to offer our customers a booking system that is a lot more user-friendly than other sites. You can easily add all your trips into one search and save time. There isn’t much to dislike about Starboard, we have had no problems since we started using them. Their customer service is fantastic, they are always there to help and answer any questions we have. They have a great team behind them with all the knowledge and experience you could need. We would definitely recommend Starboard to anyone looking for a booking system and customer service. We are able to organise all our trips in one place and offer our customers a more convenient way of booking.
Pros
- The layout makes it really simple.
- Very useful when running multiple tours at once as I am not having two different tabs open just because each tour has its own bookings page!
- Easy enough use but also gives me an edge over my competitors by offering something completely unique compared from what others do..I think this was actually part due their lacklust
