Update May 20, 2020 A few weeks ago the company contacted me and offered to send me a set of replacement cartridges so it seems that they support their product. Although I had already replaced the defective cyan and yellow cartridges from another supplier, the black cartridge had the same problem so I was happy to get a replacement. I put it in and the print looks great again. A big thank you to Hanna from Customer Service! Original review 12/26/2019 I am not very satisfied with this product. The cyan and yellow cartridges began to fail after just a few months of light home use. The printer information panel indicates that all ink cartridges are almost full. I couldn't find any warranty information so apparently there is no warranty.
