I was late in writing this review as I was waiting for at least one cartridge to be fitted. To date, the black cartridge produces dark, rich black levels, just like the original cartridge before it was "extremely low" according to the printer. Update May 20, 2020 A few weeks ago the company contacted me and offered to send me a set of replacement cartridges so it seems that they support their product. Although I had already replaced the defective cyan and yellow cartridges from another supplier, the black cartridge had the same problem so I was happy to get a replacement. I bought 5 or 6 different replacement toners after the sale. This is my favorite to this day. It's not so much the price as they are all reasonably priced. I like this one because of the print quality and consistency. I know it can be difficult to decide on one if you can't try it for yourself. The color image was printed with this toner so you can see the quality. I love it. I have purchased this toner twice already and will continue to purchase it while it lasts. I highly recommend it.

I only had to order a black toner cartridge for my HP Laserjet Color 400 printer. HP's are so expensive, especially as we only print the bare essentials at home. The cartridge set arrived quickly. They are securely packaged, each cartridge is shrink-wrapped. Installation was easy and a test print screen loaded immediately. Every print was crisp and there are no glitches in the menus that can occur with some non-genuine cartridges. Would buy again.
