UPDATE - APRIL 1, 2021 I have received a new batch of toner cartridges after the initial inspection (see below). After replacing the magenta cartridge, the problem went away. meager. Since toner cartridges of other colors needed to be replaced, I used yellow and black from both the original offering and subsequent ones. ALL striped or mottled. NONE worked as well as HP OEM cartridges. In addition, the company was relentless in forwarding my letters in the mail (3 in total) asking me to revise my review and offering me a refund. If only the company had put so much effort into their product and not the follow-up emails and emails trying to fix a problem. Although these toner cartridges are inexpensive, you get what you pay for. I will never buy these cartridges again. My rating still stands. ------- ORIGINAL REVIEW ------- The price of this toner is great. This worked well until the purple started to streak. Now purple spots and streaks on everything I print unless it's just black. you get what you pay for; I will never buy this toner again (too much time has passed since purchase, there is no right of recourse or return). When you need reliability, choose HP. This brand is a cheap fake.
