I had the same experience as the seller: I bought another condensate pump which failed after a few years just because that's the limit The switch stopped working, but I couldn't find a replacement and the pump manufacturer didn't do anything to help. It was a real shame that such a small part failed and a whole new pump had to be bought because of such a small part. So I bought a Liberty Pumps LCU-15 condensate pump. Of course, the limit switch also failed after a few years, but it was replaceable and this spare part allowed me to continue using the pump myself. The seller encloses instructions for use.
