Common Grant Application - Great Applicant Tracking Software

I really like this application because it's easy to use, has great features for tracking applicants/recipients & scholarships awarded, as well as allowing us to upload all required supporting documents - which we love! The only thing about CGA i dislike would be their ability to update your own profile information (i.e., resume length). I am not sure if there is another way around having them update my Profile section of my account or maybe have some sort of notification when they do so? That said though, other than those few things mentioned above, everything else looks good in terms of functionality. We are using Common Grant Administration primarily to house our university-wide programmatic grants database with over 40 different types of awards ranging from student aid funds through research support monies available year round across 15 schools at WSU Spokane campus. I like how easy it was to use. It's very user friendly! The only thing I don't like about this program is that you can't upload PDFs. You have to upload word documents or excel files. Other than that, it's been great so far! I have never used any other application in my life. This one is the best out there! I am able to get all of my paperwork together in one place. My mother doesn't have to keep copying and pasting everything over and over again. It saves us time and money.
