These shoes offer the protection and style you need while riding. They're stiff enough in the toe box not to compress the toe of the shoe, but soft enough to walk the streets without hurting the calf or calf muscles. They seem a little tight so those of you with wider feet might feel a little uncomfortable at first, I would recommend either going up a half size or a full size. Otherwise, you can just wait for them to stretch a little. The relief in the back of the shoe makes riding and walking very comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes.
